OK people, really?? Five posts since I left work? Unacceptable! Spent a fun Thursday out with friends from the office. Just got home about 10 minutes ago. Bruins win in OT!! W00t!!! Had a new martini - it was called a Life Savor. Tasty!

"Brotherhood" (SHO series). Finally finished it tonight. With a round of Jameson, since the series is blue-collar Irish centric. Seemed fitting. Good series.

Oddly enough, it's been awfully dead in here..it's that whole offseason thing..

Great night, watched a bunch of hockey with the guys, that's what the playoffs are all about!

Had our first baseball game yesterday, the kid said the opposing teams kids were shivering at first base, he knew enough to have 3 shirts on while standing there laughing at them:D. Of course we got crushed so he had plenty of kids standing there cold:D

Getting ready to leave Key West, what a great place & I will definitely be back.
Next up the Grizwold's are heading for a few days on Melbourne Beach. Weather has been fantastic.

Good morning... my thighs are dealing with some real strong 2nd day soreness so I haven't yet crawled out of bed and made it to work.... I think I'll take a few hours off today... may wear a hockey jersey to work

Sweet. Concert at Toby Keith's tonight, really looking forward to this one. I may end up volunteering to drive, I'm getting over a cold right now, and now that I'm starting to feel better, I don't want to eff that up.

Happy Holy Friday to Scarlet. Good Friday to everyone else.

My current firm just got selected for a role as preferred architect for the central region of the VA. Could mean an additional $15 mil in fees over 5 years - essentially increasing our revenue by 2/3.:eek:

Meanwhile finally got the offer letter from the other firm yesterday. Initial raise of only 6.5%, going to 16% in six months if I perform well. Now to decide....

The bigger issue is likely the benefits which look quite a bit better a the other firm. But it's not apples-to-apples. Very different role with the new firm - more selling there.
