12 nights in a row. Drank a lot tonight, if only because I finally talked to my dad for the first time in 2 months. Up early to bring the 4 legged mutt to the boarder for the rest of the weekend, then probably back to bed.

Holy week. Time of quiet. Not everyone observes it so it was my quiet way doing so. I wondered if anyone would notice. :p

Morning Lodge. Woke early due to splitting headache. It as finally eased and now I may try to got back to bed. Except I have a ton of stuff to do today.:(

Realized that Tuesday the kid has scheduled;
  • Track meet at 4:30 in 'Tonka
  • Soccer practice at 6:30-8 in Edina
  • Spring hockey game at 7 in 'Tonka.

Given that his first tourney is next weekend and his team has not had any full, outdoor practices yet - he'll do the track meet and soccer practice. Although he'll be mad about missing hockey.

We are finally down to one sport and I think that it will stay that way. Big sigh of relief. Lil just went out the door for a 7 mile run. He is not happy to be running today. He was happy, however to make the paper last week (3rd place, first time cracking the top 3) which I very kindly reminded him of as he went out the door :p

Easter prep today. First time since Lil was in K that he doesn't have hockey practice and Mr is not working. I may be sane at 10pm. Unusual for this day.

Had a good 8 mile run this morning and when I get home from work tonight, I'm getting a head start on tomorrow's dinner. Roasted lamb chops with asparagus and boiled peas and potatoes. Might even make some Parker House rolls...

Good morning all. At the 'rents house. Stayed over last night as I went to church for Good Friday. Then back to church this morning to receive communion. Heading back to church tonight around 11pm for the Anastasi service (resurrection). Then back to the 'rents for Easter dinner. Mom is cooking a leg of lamb. She dyed the eggs, she made the bread. Should be a nice day.

Off to get my hair done, then I need to go clothes shopping. And the bank. Heading to Vancouver on Friday. Should I change my money here or there?

Morning!

Pretty nice outside this AM despite it being cloudy and a bit of wind.

I'll have to think about Vegas on NYE. I'll be in SF for Christmas, so i am not sure of the dates of everything yet obviously.

Hopefully getting a new car stereo and PS3 today (kinda need a new DVD player so might as well get one that is a Blu-Ray and can do other stuff). Then it's off to a friend's cousin's bday at bbdl's favorite hick bar.

Tell me how you like your PS3. I'm considering getting a video game system finally. I feel like I am missing out not having one. :D

I love my xbox360..PS3 is nice and all, but the games and online gaming especially is why I love my 360 so much.

Mornin' all.

Last night in church I was in a drama that we put on for Good Friday. I was the "bad" thief on a cross next to Jesus. We had to hold tree branches on our shoulders for about half an hour. I just kept telling myself, Jesus died on a real cross with nails through him. I can get through a performance with his help! I've got video of the scenes where I was yelling on the cross, my dad recorded it on the flip. If anyone wants to see it, particularly Scarlet, I can put it on facebook.

Off to my cousins for a little family get together! (Thank God for playoff hockey..:p)
