Re: Rep Retirement Thread 130: Revolutions Abound!

i have some of those... but if you are carrying a couple hundy in total and they are all $20 it gets bulky. so i tend to have hundys inside my wrap.

this morning i only had one $20 and three fins, along with five or six $1s -- so i was looking to make change for the week.

oh well....

Btw, mookie, saw more hottie Asian waitresses last night. We're thinking that Bootlegger's is a must-stop for you. :D

Unfortunately, no. I wish it was over too. Is Magic Hat #9 the peach flavor beer? I think I had it once and it is not that bad.
I think it is; it's pretty good!

Orange juice and/or hot tea, please. I have to kick this bug, stat.
Green tea with honey works wonders for me.

Back from church too. Only 20 people managed to brave the snow. (Way less than usual). Service later will be full. Came home, browsed the Board, browsed FB, Found out my niece had a baby but no one told me  maybe yesterday. Later going to BJs (the warehouse club, not where commies mind is going) while Mr sits and reads the paper.
Sounds like a good day.

Afternoon, Lodge. Went for a run this AM, went to church, came home, had lunch, done two loads of dishes, took the kitchen garbage out, and lifted weights for a bit. Tempted to take a nap, but I see a bunch of stuff that has to be done. :(

bbdl gets 3-4 numbers, later becomes a casualty of war at Perkins (in the style of GLM: bbdl at least made the tile)
.
He opened up a Buick dealership in Perkins restaurant? Nice!!!

The old waitress was cool about it. "Happens all the time," and she was laughing at him. She loved us, though.

She was probably lying and looking for a good tip but whatever

To everyone who has had to hang out with Brent, you all know what a pleasure he is to be around. ;) think of gmann but worse.

I think I'll sit at the happy hockey table. Might be slightly premature, but the Sioux are looking good. Also, with their victory, they clinch the MacNaughton and possibly #1 I'm the pairwise

Re: Rep Retirement Thread 130: Revolutions Abound!

The puke incident was odd, because I didn't drink as much as I usually do, and I usually never puke. Something I drank messed up my stomach more than usual.

Brent teed one up for me perfectly last night, which led to one of the numbers. This girl, wow. Think Carrie Underwood, but about 10 inches taller. Amazing. Woke up with 2 napkins with names and numbers and a girl's business card, 1 new number on the phone. I've decided to keep all of the numbers and such that I get to make a scrapbook that will remind me of when I was young and having fun.

Thawing out at home. Went to that wake this afternoon. It was from 2-8pm. We got there at 2:45 and it was so crowded that it took us two hours to get inside the funeral home, and it was freezing out. I feel so bad for her kids. Her 9-year-old son found her. They were there. I told one of them that I know it's probably not much comfort to them but her mother was so well-loved. I can only hope to be half as loved when I go. So, so sad.

But now I'm home and the Oscars are on. I had planned to cook dinner and also prep dinner for tomorrow but it's so late I'm cooking a pizza instead.

That was fun. I simply caught her eyeing you, and a bent truth here, some tidbits there, and it was off to the races for bbdl. :D

[soon to be overheard in Hollywood] "But there are no losers. It's an honor just to be nominated."

Yeah, right. Spoken like a true loser.
