Re: Rep Retirement Thread 130: Revolutions Abound!

Good morning, Lodge!

Headed to Baker's campus today to find out what I need to do to re-enroll for next quarter, then grocery shopping. Making stuffed peppers for dinner again, this time with corn and black beans. :)

Good Morning Lodge

There are many, many activities I would choose over skiing. It doesn't interest me much at all.

I'm trying to figure out how exactly I'm supposed to call the girl from Saturday night, when at some point, she's going to figure out that I am not a bullrider.

I'm sure you can find a mechanical bull somewhere.

Good morning... I'm too beat up to crawl into work right now... I think I'll probably take this morning off or something.

For some reason, I think she'll notice the difference.

They supposedly have one at a new bar at the MOA.

The funniest part was that she completely believed that I was a bullrider, but when I told her that I wasn't good enough, so I had to a get a real job, now I'm an engineer working with alternative fuels, she thought I was BSing her.

Black diamonds in Minnesota < blues squares in Colorado. Just sayin

fyp - mostly. Lutsen may be an exception.

Morning Lodge.

Qwest is my DSL and home e-mail provider. They are switching from a Microsoft Live site to their Qwest Live site for e-mail and I did that switch last night. Now my e-mail is AFU. Can only access it from the iphone right now.

So she already thinks you're full of it... I don't see a problem here... though, that is funny.

Still don't want to crawl into work... I know I could make it to a car... I don't want to crawl to the subway.

Well, how often can you really connect "bullrider" and "engineer" to the same person? It does sound like a stretch.

I live in Colorado and I go like once a year. Once you get into the cost of a lift pass, the cost of the equipment, plus the time it takes to get there and back, it's just not worth it. Give me a triathlon any day

Also, brent forgot the funniest part of the night. MNS's buddy got kicked out of the bar.

Re: Rep Retirement Thread 130: Revolutions Abound!

Morning.

Just hanging around on a rainy monday in NYC watching NHL Network's TSN tradecentre coverage, doing some studying for my retake tomorrow and lounging around.

I will agree that skiing certainly isn't cheap, but I am an avid skiier. Of course, I've slowly got all new equipment over the past 4 years or so, and get a student season pass at one of the mountains just a couple hours north, but the $35 in gas each trip adds to the costs. I do enjoy getting out though, and that is one way for me to do it in the winters.

Say by "bullrider", you meant that you ride uncooperative women that buck like bulls.

Did his buddy get thrown out for bricking in a urinal?

Re: Rep Retirement Thread 130: Revolutions Abound!

He was tossed for allegedly trying to steal a shot off of one the shot girls' trays.

No, he tried to steal a shot from one of the scantily clad shot girls.

I nearly had my arm torn off by a hockey player once when I did that. In my defense, it was like the 2nd time I had ever been in a bar and my friend had just told me they were free. I threw his skanky shot whooker girlfriend $10 and apologized.
