She understood the concept of wanting to get 21, I tried to explain how to play it by the book. IE: what to do if you have a 15 and dealer shows a 7 or what to do if you have a 13 and the dealer shows a 6

If you find a good company, they will continue to cover you after you move. You just have to contact them and let them know your address will change, maybe a few other relevant details. It shouldn't involve setting up a whole new policy every single time you move.

why not tell her that they sell those little cards with the easy to read table charts to tell you want to do with every hand.

can't trust them dealers.... some help. some tell peeps they aren't allowed. card is simple, then you can concentrate on the count.:cool:

Ok, Rain Man.

Anyways, counting is darn near impossible nowadays with continuous shuffling, 6 shoe decks, and if you sit at a table with a two-shoe deck, and pull that stuff, you'll be watched (at the least). :p

Tell her to bring a tiny mirror and hold in in her hand so she can see what the dealer is holding. That way she can win more.

Good casinos generally allow it, if not encourage it. Boosts rapport with the dealer and morale at the table, which leads to people continuing to gamble, which leads to ???, which leads to PROFIT!

Las Vegas, no.

Atlantic City: yes. yes. yes. It's actually a court case, if I'm not mistaken: a casino cannot kick you out for counting cards.

Edit: I mean counting cards. Helping is fine.
