For how long do you want to ride the train? There's a park-and-ride at 28th Ave, and another with good amounts of parking at Fort Snelling. Technically, you're not allowed to park at the MOA just to ride the train; they post signs saying that your car can be towed if they observe you doing this. If you want a good seat, I'd suggest either the MOA (they have to catch you, right?) or the 28th Ave station. The trains aren't usually as crowded for the Twins as they are for football games. So you got that going for you, which is nice.That's what's I was thinking. Or we could drive down to MOA and take it north.
