In sharp contrast to the hockey team, UAA's Women's Basketball Team is the #1 team in the country (well D2). Having been to a few of their games they are an interesting team to watch.

Evening, Lodge. Got slammed at work today. No reason why today, since the rest of the week has been very average. No holiday weekend, no end of quarter, etc. Just odd.

No Gopher hockey this weekend, either. *sigh*

First full week of work almost complete.

Going to get the keys to our apartment tomorrow.

Border battle at Ridder! Saturday game on BTN! #2 vs #3 nationally.
Also, Stadium series with North Star Alumni game Saturday and main game Sunday, both on FSN. And section semis in high school hockey and girls State tourney on 45. Lots of great hockey locally!

I went to a section quarter final last night with two teams having several kids Jr has played with in the past. One kid I expected to see was listed on the roster but not on the ice, talked to another dad I know from that team and that kid was "removed from the team." Not surprising, total head case and parents are worse, surprised he lasted this long.

It'll be around 40 degrees for the Stadium Series games. The ice might actually be usable this year.

I'm happy I've found the right guy. I e-mailed NaSK that Book of Mormon is coming to East Lansing this Summer. Although we have both already seen it, together, he wrote back "we should probably go".
