Laughing at this because I just read Tsongas lost power and lights are out there.

Heading to the *HT. I'll take an espresso martini please.
Rink didn't lose power but the team did. The lights were on but not at "regulation levels" what evah that means.

At the sushi bar eating noodles with a sour face on.

Decided to head home early to bake cookies for the HS XC meet tomorrow. Got to listen to the radio post game which I never do. The radio color guy who usually spends most of his time being the voice of reason was not happy with the officiating. He is ranting away and the announcer makes a comment about how he is ranting. The color guy says something to the effect of he never has much bad to say about the officials so when he does he is going all out. That made me laugh. (it was an interesting game)

At the *HT, but the boys played a really good game. Caggiula has a charm shoved up his a** with his hat trick and that one freaking goal.

Good Morning Lodge.

Pond is completely frozen over this morning for the first time this season. Usually we have several mornings with a rim of ice around the edges before it all freezes, not this year. Open water then boom, ice. It's about 5 acres and about 2' deep. Supposed to get several days about 40 coming up so it won't stay.

It really feels weird to go driving around today while the lawns still have a considerable amount of green to them yet it's late November and the high temp was below 30F.

Was it Thu that had the high winds and bitter cold? I was thinking, "Ugh, this sucks, it's too cold." Then I realized what the date was, and thought: yeah, this isn't so bad... :o

Yes, Thursday had both the winds and the cold. And you're right, it wasn't all that cold.
