Was supposed to go to lunch with a friend today. His wife was hanging pictures yesterday and drilled into the fusebox.:eek: She's OK, but he has to stay around to wait for the electrician to come out. She's a doctor so just cause you're smart. . . :rolleyes:

Good morning Lodge.

Last week of work before a nice long camping vacation.

For those of you keeping score from home. The pup is doing quite well. He has been off meds for over a week now. I amped up his physical activity over the weekend and he faired quite well. X rays are scheduled the first week of August and that will be the true test. I have contacted th breeder and in the event things don't go as planned for pup we have the option to return him and then we will get pup with next litter due September.

She is actually pretty good in the common sense department. Just missed this one by not making sure of what was behind the wall she was drilling.

Made it to Neuquen after all night of travel. Got a nap in, and looking forward to dinner. Seems like a ****ty town, and a ****ty hotel. At least I only have 1 night here.

Snow/ice on the ground here

Woohoo! Got all my PTO requests approved. 10/17 Fridays off, starting in September. And of those 7 remaining Fridays, one is Christmas, and one is Black Friday, which is easy money, since we barely get any business. It's pretty much like a day off.

Plus, I'm almost down to a week carryover (our max) after all that is said and done. Might sneak in a Monday or two.

Just looked out my patio, wow it's storming good, heavy rains, strong winds and lots of thunder and lightening. Not sure if these will be as the ones that came through this morning as those knocked down some tress.
