Good Evening Lodge. Yes Ralph, I'm OK; was just on a vacation.

Best Emmys. Ever. And I only watched the first 45 minutes in the theater.

I didn't notice that you were gone although I saw that someone had commented that you had not updated the schedule spreadsheet. :)

Good morning Lodge.

Arrrrrr where be my grog.

Les seen many cases of scurveyyyyyyy this past week?
We had a pirate theme for our tailgate Saturday. Best use of theme was "fruit salad to prevent scurvy" which was served in a watermelon carved to look like a boat.
I took ARRtichoke dip and also a pasta dish for FSM.

Best Emmys. Ever. And I only watched the first 45 minutes in the theater.
Saw your picture with John Stamos. Jealous.

I'm sure you know this, but for those that don't... The purse is called a sporran. It's quite useful for me when the hubster wears his kilt as I'm not much of a purse carrier; I can put my things in his purse. The smart guys get the ones made with fur (real or not) and use it to ask the ladies (or gents, if they're so inclined) to pet their sporran. :)

The log throwing is tossing the caber. I've been to my share of games; the in-laws are fairly into their clan heritage.
I really should have gone in with your hubby on that kilt deal that guy was offering us a few years back at the Saline Celtic fest. Almost got one yesterday at the Michigan Ren Fest, but they only had the slashes in the Tartan I wanted left. One of these days.

You're not supposed to hear lightning sizzle right before it strikes. It sounded like we were raising Frankenstein to life. And we had a couple of those tonight. It was pitch black and I could see exactly what color my neighbor's living room wall was, right across the street.

I told ya it wasn't me.

PS - some of the Ferris Football fans are barking moonbats and are totally clueless as to how College Hockey works. Been dealing with a few of them thanks to Saturday night who still think that Michigan and Sparty are still going to Big Rapids every year.

So we had an absolute blast. There were so many kilts! And, of course, there was the proof that Americans also follow the nothing under the kilt rule. Matt did not buy a kilt, but we're definitely considering it. For now, likely a Utilikilt with the sash of his clan seems like his plan.

Hello, Lodge. Resting for the day, switching back to nights this evening. Saw Straight Outta Compton yesterday and attended the Highland Games over the weekend. Needless to say, I'm sad it's Monday.

Mookie follows the nothing under his pants/shorts rule already

Season tickets arrived yesterday - they're for UNH, but still, hockey almost every weekend!

Morning.

Moving ever closer to buying a house! I almost feel like an adult.

Hockey preseason has started (with a loss).

I've watched zero plays of pro football this season. I hope I can maintain that streak.
