Padded compression shorts.. I wore similar ones for football.

Is it? Was also hearing Providence. And were you there tonight???? HHT for me!! I like 7pm games. Especially ones that don't go to OT. While I was down at the glass taking pictures, someone picked up my jacket to bring it to Guest Services, because even though I was three rows from my seat, and there were several fans still in the seats taking pictures, apparently someone thought the jacket was abandoned. So I had to run to Guest Services to pick it up. And was late getting to the concession stand to get a hat. Boo. But in the grand scheme of things, I'm not too upset. :)

providence is a 4 seed and our boys are a 1. we are not going there.

we will be in manchvegas with mark and duluth and mav & fsteve :D

caught a glimpse of you and lil hanging in the lobby of the legends level when mookie was heading down the escalator with tyler on the way out.

Providence isn't the host. Brown is, so they don't have to go there. And if the NCAA puts BC in BU's bracket, I'm not going. In fact, I may fly somewhere out of the country. I am NOT going through that again. And we can have this conversation elsewhere.

I'm hungry. I think I'll crack open a box of Girl Scout cookies.

Great day today. Tailgated, hung out with friends old and new, and saw awesome hockey. HHT, btw. Ended up going to the MTU-MSU game, but only watched the first period before heading to the Xcel bar to watch the Gopher game (and the MTU-MSU game via tv). Bar closed after the MTU game, which happened to coincide with the ending of the 2nd period of the Gopher game.

Headed to the Liffey (across the street from the Xcel, a nice Italian-Jewish place ;) ) to finish the Gophers game. Again....HHT!!!! Ended the night with some 21 year old Bushmill's to celebrate the Gophers victory.

1. I know my jersey did. Had QUITE a few "Commie!" comments, and one "Is that a cosmonaut?" comment. :D
2. That's what I hear. Some rather crass and obscene comments directed towards the bbdl clan.

That's what I was afraid of.. Looked like some clowns in purple and gold unfortunately.

It was definitely Mansucko fans, but I do not know what was said, so I cannot comment.

Honestly, I only wore the jersey b/c of 3 things:

1. I just got it about a week ago.
2. WPoS of GPL is forever puzzled at my curiosity of anything Russian
3. Paired it with cracking my Surly SeVIIn. WPoS HATES anything Surly.

So it was a multi-layered "Punk'd" on him. And a fun scene to see when WPoS realized what was happening. :D

I am pretty sure the police were not involved. Have yet to hear what was exactly said, but bbdl is NOT happy, and he was NOT an instigator (for once). I've been witness to some hostile scenes at the F5, and he's been a part of many of them, so for him to be actually mad...that makes me very curious.

Well that's good to know local police were not involved. I think we've all been enough hostile scenes at arenas to have an idea of what happened, just that we don't know exactly what happened and we don't want to speculate.
