And I was going to post this in that thread over in DI but I seem to recall your last visit you didn't really come to Agganis....or you were there and don't recall much as you had gone out to watch the football game and imbibed a bit too much. :) Hope that doesn't happen again this year. Let me know where your seats will be and I will come find you. And drag mookie if he plans to be there that day. Is NASK coming with you?

And happy birthday goldy!! Hope it's been a great day. Wednesday looks like it's going to suck here weather-wise (for me). Big sigh.

i'm going saturday. friday i'll be in new haven (may stop and see the ylae game).

otto is across the street in the block east from sunset on the corner of the alley there. from their literature they originated in portland, me. very, very good. opened up a couple years ago. they have beer. besides a good pepperoni and a good margherita they have quirky pies that are tasty -- mashed potato, bacon & scallion. apple, bacon & red onion have been eaten and enjoyed. last week i had their butternut squash, ricotta & cranberry. outstanding.

next on my radar is the meatloaf, mashed potato & herb. they also have two pulled pork pizzas that i want to eat. the crust is something special.

Had some fun moving dirt this afternoon. Got my black dirt spread out nicely, and started digging out in front of the garage and moving that stuff in back for the pad for the new shed. Made some good progress today. Tore the **** out of the lawn where I had to drive though. Going to have to fix some damage when the work is all done.

Better have it all done in the next two weeks. :p

Big Boss is stopping by offsite tomorrow. Of course it is a Tuesday, which is my busiest day of the week (have a weekly order that takes about 45 minutes to do). If I clock out at less than 10 hours, I'll be shocked and amazed. On a bright note, DH Boss might give me this Friday off, even though they can't really afford to do so (lack of backup at my position). If I don't get it, fine, but if I DO get it, BONUS.

Morning

Happy World Series day! Refreshing to see a team like the Royals make it.

Makes me hopeful the Twins will someday get their heads out of their arse. My '87 and '91 memories are getting faded.

I am going to be somewhere in Conn that day too. No idea where yet- going to watch Lil run. May make it back for game but doubtful :(
