Was going to comment on how sucky this birthday has been with the day I've been having at work and then I just got back to my desk and got balloons. And a tiara. Which I am now wearing. :)

I keep telling you, in WisconSIN it would be a lake, in Minnesota it's only a pond (about 5 acres, WI calls a one acre pond a lake, MN considers 10 acres to be a lake). In Iowa someone would have a resort with ski boats on it. :p

I've seen smaller ponds with boats on them in Iowa..

Speaking of Wisconsin, I'm heading to Madison this weekend to visit..Should be a fun time.

My DSL modem crapped out on me today. Rather than waiting for my provider to send out a new one, I went and bought a new modem and router (old one ws all-in-one). After much screwing around and calls to tech support we are now finally connected again. With, hopefully, better wifi range in the house.

You might be waiting for a while. It's really crappy here! Thunderstorms in the area. And it's supposed to be worse overnight and tomorrow morning. Wonder if the teams will have any problems getting in tomorrow.
