I got the results of the MRA on my shoulder. It's a torn labrum. Wheee!

Yuck, I feel your pain man. I tore that bat crap out of my shoulder at the U of M 125 Football Camp back in the day. It really sucks not being able to do ANYTHING for 6-8 weeks. All you can do is sit in a chair with this really cool ice pack thingy for the first 4 weeks and your arm strapped to your chest, no walking no nothing just sitting....

g... you're among friends here; no need to apologize. If you want to share the details we'll listen. If you don't, we'll understand. Another round of prayers for you and the entire g clan.

Plus, I'm pretty sure apologies aren't allowed in tLodge. ;)
This!

Morning, Lodge.

75 minutes until it's Friday for me!
:raspberry: Have at least a few more hours of charting and then start again tomorrow. This pneumonia is kicking my but. I probably won't last long enough to finish today's stuff.:(

St C- bummer but at least you know what is wrong.

I remember going into my Dads office, your dad would always say hi and crack a few jokes. Good times, I miss my Dad(Mom too) when I'm working around the farm or in Orono. My Mom loved Maine hockey.
Thanks. We gotta get a beer sometime.

Well, we ended our season tonight with a 3-1 win. Kids had a blast and it avenged a previous 2-1 loss.

5 months flew by. AAA tryouts a week from Sunday, practice starts the 19th.

Always bittersweet to end the season; looking forward to a little break and relaxation, but gonna miss the kids and coaches.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #162: Love Is In the Air

Had a weird dream last night. bbdl, MNS, and I travelled out east for a hockey game or two. Scarlet was basically our tour guide, and got us around town. Met up at the arena, it was snowing heavily, and we run into Mookie. He asks us what we're doing, and we say waiting in line for tickets. He scoffs, and says he has a bunch of extras, just has to go to the car to get 'em.

Being that we're about 30 people deep in the line, we ask how far away the car is. He says, "Follow me." We follow him, right to a service/dock door to the arena, where his car is parked, probably illegally, but he says he has some special permit. We get inside the arena, and were told that something is wrong with the venting, and therefore the snow from outside is blowing inside the arena, creating some drifts on one side of the ice.

Then I woke up. I gotta stop with the spicy food at night. :o

Weird? Most of that dream seems completely plausible. :p

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #162: Love Is In the Air

My dad passed away around 2:00 pm this afternoon. No matter how much preparation one has it still does not make it easy. My heart hurts. :(

I need to get some sleep. I have only had a few hours of sleep over the past 56 hours or so. Travel day tomorrow from Rochester to Bemidji and then time to start making arrangements.
