Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #158: Lodge Member's Habits

Mookie had a bunch of stuff in mind that ended up being edited because I didn't want to offend anyone (not that it would have, but if I had to think twice or if I thought it could be taken te wrong way I cut it). Mookie tends to have dry humor that can twist the knife to a degree... And while I wanted this to be funny I had to think about it. Honestly, at the end of putting it up I was giving myself a headache.

But in hindsight a hammer shovel should have been a natural here. I humbly apologize for the slight
Nice back pedal. Just say it already: Hammer sucks.

:D

Church at 6 tonight then I'll probably head home and watch the Vermont/Dartmouth game. Glad it's televised on NBCSports.

Cluck Farkson tonight. Weds night rivalry in the north country as SLU goes for win #1000. Wish I could be up there.

How is it possible for someone with an electrical engineering degree to not know how (and have no interest in learning how) to solder?

Then again, she went to State. So maybe that's all the explanation I need.

Depends, how cute is she ;) (why, sure, I can do that for you...)

--------

edit: I've been lightly sick all week... enough to keep me home monday and today though I did do some errands earlier. Tuesday was a mandatory day... giving a 20 minute talk in front of a large chunk of DC-based federal statistical employees... I think it went well all things considered. I had told my collaborator that he might have to give the talk but as long as I could crawl off the couch I would do it even if that meant arriving via cab around 4PM.

Good evening Lodge.

OK, so it's Wednesday, December 5th at 8:49pm. I've just ordered some stuff online for Christmas presents. Let's see if I actually receive it on time for the holidays. I have pretty sucky luck with online purchasing.

oh yeah... it's you we're talking about. :D

I wonder if Dec 10th was a Tuesday last year? ;)

Packed and ready to go. Tatt appt made, distillery tour scheduled, game times obviously set....can it be about 15 hours later? Please?

Only thing I'm worried about? Flying Delta for the first time ever. I've always taken Frontier out to CO and they always have been excellent. Should be interesting.
