Good morning Lodge and Happy Monday!! It's great to start off the week with excellent news - my close friend, who beat cancer two years ago, just gave birth to her first child last night!! Suck it cancer!!!!

That's great to hear Scarlet.

After much deliberation I ended up getting the Samsung Galaxy S III phone this weekend. The only downside is that its made of plastic. Good thing I am not a habitual phone dropper.

I'm proud to say I'm slow every day, not just Mondays, like some slacker or something.

Rep's been around for five years????

Oh, and today is the City of Boston's 382nd birthday. I want to know if there will be cake. And where. And is it chocolate.

This chick on The Price Is Right doesn't understand strategy. She was the last to bid, and bid 399. $1 less than the person who bid first (400).

So, it only took me a year, but I finally uploaded the video clip of last year's Emmys red carpet.

Check it out!

For those of you that know me, you can see me starting at :40 at the far left, just over Lea Michelle's right shoulder. My gown is black with a white pattern. You can see me again same place at :51 and then at about 1:10 over her left shoulder. In the Jane Lynch segment, you can see me fubling around in my packetbook at about 1:30 over Jane Lynch's left shoulder.

That has been happening A LOT since Drew Carey took over.

They don't want smart contestants who know how the show works any more because 1) idiots are funny to watch, 2) less prizes they have to give away, and 3) they're paranoid after that one guy hit the showcase on the nose (it was a diehard fan in the audience who had seen all the prizes before and added them all up and shouted the bid to him.) Notice how they've been making the prizes weirder and the games nastier too. Lucky Seven is farking unwinnable if they want it to be - they'll just set the car at $22918 and screw you.

Bob used to ENCOURAGE watching the show and learning all the little tricks. Now they want to avoid that at all costs.

I'm going to watch the start of the "no electricity" show and set myself up for disappointment
