Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #154: Olympics

Daughter and I biked around MN campus today just to give her a feel for what it's like then had lunch at Shuang Cheng.....forgot how good that is.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #154: Olympics

I started digging through a few boxes that have been sitting in a closet since I moved 2 years ago. Needless to say, quite a bit of what was in them is going straight to the garbage bin, but there have been a few things that can be useful.

Hey Hoven...can you expand on your comment earlier this week about needing a night out this weekend? Can you make tomorrow night work, or is this a Saturday night idea?

I could make tomorrow night, later (8ish-9ish). I think either way, I'm don't plan (key word) on closing 'er down. I'm exhausted. But I wouldn't mind a strong drink served by our smiling face bartender. I prefer Saturday, but if you can't make that night, I can adapt.

I am about 99% sure I can't make Saturday, but tomorrow could work. I'll just head home after work, if you're up for going out, give me a call when you get done with work, and I'll come down if I can.

Patton Oswalt and Bruce Campbell have made twitter pretty entertaining over the last week.

It pretty much depends on what time I get out of work. Tonight was an "early" night: 7:15.

ok, let me know. If it doesn't work out, no big deal.

Also, we're still on for State Fair for the first Saturday? Have you heard from diva and FM about it yet?

They are out. But I'm still up for it. I'd be up for doing like last year, and taking the bus from the park'n'ride by my place.

Depending on if I work tomorrow night, I might actually be able to go to TKs too. Hey, fancy that. (Had guests from Tech in town last time, and some of the gf's friends are in town next week.)

The budget hit of a wedding, honeymoon, and a race.

tD says you're racist.

:p

Evening, Lodge. Lots of work recently, didn't get a big promotion I wanted (it went to the older guy with "more experience" even though I've been in the field longer :p) but I'm pretty much guaranteed a smaller raise there anyway, otherwise been playing tour guide and host to a group of friends every week in August and late July staying at our apartment. We've started calling it the "Underground Railroad stop." :o
