Tough day for my daughter.
For those in the Twin Cities you may have read about yesterday's murder-suicide in SLP and Minneapolis? Their youngest is in my daughter's HS class and they sit by each other in a few classes and she knows him fairly well. There is also a daughter who is a senior at the school plus to graduates who are college age.

Why can't these *******s just blow their own brains out and leave their spouse alone?
The ones that happened at Parkdale?

Grey: that's messed up. I have to admit, I saw the locale, and was wondering if I knew them. Yes, it's a metropolis of sorts, but when stuff like this happens in/near your suburb, it's only natural to wonder (at least from what I've experienced). :(

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

Morning!

Working from home today. Unfortunately, I actually have work to do. :(

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

Morning Lodge.

Happy Birthday Greyeagle!!

Some application (facebook???) picked up on his birthday and pushed it onto one of my calendars. My phone started my day by announcing it is his birthday. I have no idea how this happened.

'Morning, Lodge.
Those of you that I have on Facebook already saw this, but for those who aren't-- if you could spare some prayers and good vibes, send a few up for my grandfather. He's in the ICU with pneumonia and his heart rate/BP are all over the place and they're not sure what's causing it. The man is tough as nails, but a little divine intervention and good mojo can't hurt.

Prayers for all of you diva.

Tough to hear this, diva. :(

Good Morning Lodge. Hoorah for playing billiards after work. Sounds like a cool thing to get back into, considering I have like no hobbies.

It clearly wanted to pick up my birthday and let you know about it, but the signal got mixed up.

Morning all, sitting here at work, waiting for my one regular to show up. Only one I have on the schedule. Thinking that perhaps I should move the cake that mom gave me to bring in somewhere else, as I don't need to sit here and eat the whole thing. Then at 4, I get a massage! Yay!! Then head on into the D to meet Tremaine at Greektown. Not exactly sure what her plans are for the night, but I've got a feeling they might involve spanking, perhaps handcuffs.

Sending prayers your way!

Good morning, Lodge. Coffee is on and I'm ready to leave for Chicago today!
