Finally back home.

DT was fun last night. Brought some KBC home with me, considered buying a 1/4 barrel of widowmaker to bring home and have people over but figured I'd just end up with a bunch of extra beer.

I think I passed diva on the road on my way through the UP.

Got some meds so hopefully they help, really thought he had swallowed something that got caught somewhere. Retrievers are always chewing on something. If this is how the dog is treated I think that I might want to come live with you guys.

Francona is boing interviewed on TV. Don't follow bsb much but he comes across as a very classy guy.

Yup, off Sunday.

Given that I close tomorrow and after looking at our grid, I have a fairly unimpressive staff, no closer in one area, a closer in another that I'm not even sure he knows what he's doing, and no one who knows another well enough to cover breaks....I'm thinking TK's will be a great idea tomorrow.

Good Morning Lodge.

Gonna smoke some salmon tonight for some work guests who are coming over. Start of the fall smoking season for me. Hope to do a lot more of it this fall than last.

note to self, staying up to exhaustion for the sake of a party is both good and bad in my condition. Today is going to be tired/rough. I should have taken a cab home... would have gotten home an hour earlier.
