Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

Good morning and Happy Friday to my fellow Lodge peeps.

Little bit of a headache this morning. Hope it goes away soon. I have a lunch presentation to my entire department and I don't have time to deal with a headache. The presentation? My Emmys Experience. :) Complete with video and pictures. I'm trying to see if I can get the vid clip of the E! pre show that you can see me in on an external server so I can post a link. Right now, it's on an internal server here at work. Once I figure that out I'll share!

Oh, and I concur with Twitch's earlier post. HOCKEY this weekend!!!

You should be able to leave the football game by 1 pm since it is going to be a blowout. Leaving a lot more time for tailgating. :)

If you like to see your teams gobbling cupcakes, it should be a fun day for you. :)

A comment about leaving early coming from a Gopher fan. Irony as she is cast.

Morning Lodge.

Glad to hear about Scarlet's friend! Sorry that Wally's dog is sick.

Hockey Sunday!
We got to the Vet this afternoon, he's got some kind of virus or bacteria issue in his gut. He has to poop every hour or 2 and that makes for sleepless nights. Got some meds so hopefully they help, really thought he had swallowed something that got caught somewhere. Retrievers are always chewing on something. They're showing a cat on tv right now and he's going nuts so he must be feeling better. My wife made him boneless skinless chickens breast and white rice, she was POed I didn't nuke it for a minute before I gave it to him:D

Christ, Wally, your dog eats better than I do sometimes.

Thanks all for thehappy posts! Hottie bartender ahd the champagne waiting and chilled for us when we got there. This is why he is aweso,me. Champagne, then my Life savor marinti. Then a glass of wine. The guys nect to us bought all this food and din't eat it all so they shared. So I didnt have to buy dinner. Just a fun nigt/ I love my Thurdsdays. So glad my friend is OK!!!

Little bit of a headache this morning.

You don't say..... :D

I don't get hockey for another 4 weeks. :(

. :(
:D, He's only slightly spoiled
Normally he eats Purina dog chow but the vet wanted him to have something easier to digest. Low residue diet, just like a human would do with gut issues

Evening from Yankee Stadium. Catching BP from RF before game 1 vs the kitty cats. Sitting with the bleacher creatures in 203, should be a fun night.

Mouth is feeling a little better every day, but still only had a large caramel frosty shake from Wendy's for lunch. Maybe I'll try something harder tomorrow if I feel up to it.
