Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 135: Rain, rain go away

I'll still watch.

I'd go to Canterbury more, but I hate the crowds on the weekends, and it's tough to get there on weeknights with my work schedule. Used to love to head out there on Friday nights, and not even to necessarily bet. It's a fun time.
I went a lot when I was younger and it was fun. But it holds little interest for me now. Obviously Cantebury thought it was necessary to add other gambling, as I am sure the racing wasn't bringing in enough people.

Thornton? The lad has been seeing her. They live just NE of 50th & France, really nice area. I think she went to OLG.

Umm, NE of 50th and France is SW Minneapolis, not Edina. Edina's eastern border is France Ave. north of 54th street. Do you mean NW of 50th and France? Cause that's either White Oaks or Country Club neighborhood.

NW.....doh.....white oaks, that's it.

Watching Memorial Cup hockey. Owen Sound is pounding Kootenay right now, and Kootenay is doing their best Ben Eager impersonation at the end of this game.

The lake is not the boundary anymore? :D (Adam Banks was supposedly from Edina)

Night. Can't wait to go to Connecticut Monday to see the girl, this town sucks.

Buddies graduation party tomorrow afternoon, should be a pretty good day.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 135: Rain, rain go away

I just talked to Jesus and he wanted me to let everyone in the lodge know that when the Rapture hits tonight everyone's rep totals will be reset to zero and he's sorry for the inconvenience but his IT department told him there is nothing they can do about it.

Wins the thread.

Driving home from the track meet last night at 10P. Lil says- "Hey Mum, we've dead for 4 hours. How do you feel? I feel pretty good."

Good morning Lodge! Sitting in a restaurant for breakfast called Boston's on the Beach. Would probably be a happier morning had the Bruins and Red Sox not lost badly yesterday but the sun is out, it's a glorious morning and I'm across the street from the ocean. Could be worse.

Good morning, Lodge. Dressing and croutons are made for tonight's dinner. Just need to grill the chicken and prepare the salad.
