I think BB has an extra one since his sister didn't move in. Will he charge SG rent?

I'd be surprised if he didn't, but like I said, I'd crash at Brent's if need be, since I know he's not the type to charge people. :)

A buddy and I once drank 100 cups of coffee each in a two and a half day period. I think at the peak we figured that there was a little over 3 grams of caffeine in our systems. Good stuff.

Meh...

Wiki has the LD50 of caffeine at about 192 mg/kg. Assuming a 70 kg person, that's 13440 mg, or 13.44 grams. So you had a long way to go, you slacker :p

The rule of thumb we came up with was a full cup for every lb. Something like that.

The only way we knew the peak amount of caffeine was because we figured out how fast the body can process it. You cannot physically get to 13 grams by drinking coffee. It's physically impossible. Once we got to about 50 cups of coffee it became a chore just to drink because there is so much liquid.

Not only that, but I managed to fall asleep near the end of the whole deal. With 3 g of caffeine in me.

You haven't had coffee in years and you cheer for Maine. No doubt about it your world does suck, Wally.:D

I never touched the stuff until I moved to Anchorage. They have a coffee trailer on every corner up here (even one in Sullivan Arena) so I figured when in Rome.

Now I can't get off the stuff.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 127: So This is the New Year...

Used to cheer for Maine, nothing to cheer about now

No hockey team for which to cheer. Gone years without coffee. Uh-oh, we better take away your belt and shoelaces. Don't want to find you swinging from your ceiling fan tomorrow.

Got the OK to work from home tomorrow, so it's going to be like a snow day for me. I think I will try to make it in later in the day, but I'm shutting my alarm off. I moved my car to the T garage so I won't have to shovel my car out. I'm almost ready for this storm!

At Senser's...server just asked my buddy and I what game we were here for. I'm wearing my Sabres jersey and my buddy is wearing his Flyers jersey. Guess who is playing each other on VS on the screen right in front of us.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 127: So This is the New Year...

So I got a call from a headhunter the other day. The position is Dept. Director at the firm I was at for 16 years. My only concern is that the firm didn't call me directly before hiring a recruiter. The position fits me like a glove, except it says Milwaukee as primary choice and Minneapolis as secondary choice. Headquarters is Mpls. branch office in MKE. Not sure if the Director in Mpls. is moving up or they're replacing MKE head or what. Better make some calls...
