Pretty cool stuff! Welcome home!

Got all my stuff moved into tcbg's place. Got a job, though sort of unexpected - nanny. Working Thursday this week, then full time starting next week. Just trying to relax a bit, settle in, organize and unpack.
Don't shake the kids.
Now we're digging up some old things....

Good morning/afternoon tLodge!

Nothing new here today. Went to the doctor this morning and everything is still fine. I get to stop taking the meds on Sunday as after that if I go into labor they won't stop it.

Congrats on the job! Are you still going to be able to come down on Friday?

That is good news!
Absolutely! I have to talk to mom about getting a ride down. I also have boxes for The Sun.

I don't think it's a matter of if you go into labor at this point. :p

Good point, should have added the word 'early' into that sentence. Labor that starts in the next two and half weeks is considered early. After that the baby is considered full term. :)

'Ewe - give her a call, my hours changed so you all can come up earlier as I will be done working by 2pm that day.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 118: BoredboredboredBORED

Well, that's about as consistently as I can play a round of golf. Started on the back nine at Applewood and had three pars followed by three bogeys followed by three pars. Then went to the front nine where I had three pars followed by three bogeys followed by three pars. Twelve pars and six bogeys for the round. Six over par seventy-seven. I missed several putts of less than ten feet for birdie, but had some nice two putt greens from thirty-five to forty feet. Had I hit my pitching wedge better I could have had a real shot at seventy-five today. :)

I'm home! It feels like forever since I've been here.

I've needed some new clothes for work for about 6 months now, so today I finally bit the bullet and stopped at the albertville outlet mall, aka Hell, on the way home from sioux country. I ended up with 4 new pairs of slacks, 5 new dress shirts, some dress socks and a new belt, which should get me by for quite a while.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 118: BoredboredboredBORED

What kind of slacks? I've found that Dockers don't hold up well over time, and I'm not hard on clothing, either.

One pair of dockers and some pairs of other brands that I don't remember. I've found the same thing with dockers, but they always seem to be the most comfortable and the price was right for these.

Good Evening, Lodge!

I had a craptacular day at work. My manager was questioning my design and artistic abilities via email. How dare he!? He hasn't been in the office for the past 2 days. I have asked him numerous times what he wants for layouts and how it should look. Does he give me an answer? No! He tells me to go to another person to use as a middleman to pitch my idea. Then today in the same email, after trying to rip me a new one, he tells me to prepare my proposal for what the website should look like after he questions me. He is lucky he wasn't in the office.

Sweet, sweet beer makes me feel better.

Great news!

Mmmmmmm, bacon.
Yes.

Evening, Lodge. Sliced up some cucumbers so I can have some dill pickles today, plus grilled some pork chops and topped them with a ginger-apricot sauce.
