Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 118: BoredboredboredBORED

One pair of dockers and some pairs of other brands that I don't remember. I've found the same thing with dockers, but they always seem to be the most comfortable and the price was right for these.

I prefer the Haggars, actually, as well as a couple brands that Kohl's carries. It's not unusual for me to get 4-5 years out of a pair of dress slacks, and I'm in dress clothing 5 days a week.

I didn't feel like cooking or spending money on food after getting back from Grand Forks, so I warmed up some leftovers from....well, let's just say, a long time ago. If I die tonight, this is probably why.

I'm home! It feels like forever since I've been here.

I've needed some new clothes for work for about 6 months now, so today I finally bit the bullet and stopped at the albertville outlet mall, aka Hell, on the way home from sioux country. I ended up with 4 new pairs of slacks, 5 new dress shirts, some dress socks and a new belt, which should get me by for quite a while.

They added a Fleet Farm outlet at Albertville?

Hockeyplayer, glad we didn't see you on the news!! Good job.

Evening, Lodge. I came home tonight to find my mom frantically trying to chase a chipmunk out of the house.

And then we had Chinese food.

(We didn't stir-fry the chipmunk.)

I have a blister on the bottom of my third toe on my left foot. It hurts. Is there something that works for blisters other than protecting them by using a bandaid?

Pretty cool stuff! Welcome home!

Got all my stuff moved into tcbg's place. Got a job, though sort of unexpected - nanny. Working Thursday this week, then full time starting next week. Just trying to relax a bit, settle in, organize and unpack.
Yay for the job and moving

Good morning/afternoon tLodge!

Nothing new here today. Went to the doctor this morning and everything is still fine. I get to stop taking the meds on Sunday as after that if I go into labor they won't stop it.

Congrats on the job! Are you still going to be able to come down on Friday?
Here's hoping labor happens after you stop the meds!:)

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!! wobbly wednesday is here

Moleskin - it's sort of a foam substance that sticks onto the skin around a blister, and pads the area so it'll heal. Any drugstore would have it.

Happy Birthday hockeyplayer1015!!

What lewis said!

Morning, Lodge. I'm going out of town tomorrow early, so I moved my alarm from 6:45 to 6:15 to start ratcheting myself forward. My body said, "Hey, I'll just wake up at 5:45 on my own." :p

Morning Lodge.

Back at my desk. Feels like Monday, does that mean that this week will seem really short to me?

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 118: BoredboredboredBORED

Morning, Lodge.

Get to run some errands today, and pick up a little something for the flask for the wedding. And apparently Madison is a sort of exception for the booze stores: none were open after 9pm last night. Even MN, where you can't buy on Sundays, have a ton of stores open until 10pm during the week.

Most of the rest of the friends of the bride/groom are leaving today from CO Springs and pulling an all nighter and getting here tomorrow in what they call "The Moho Time Machine." (It's a motorhome they borrowed; I thought the nickname was kinda funny)
