Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 117: It's The Dog Days of Summer

Acceptable topics for a physical, if the doctor and patient are both males:
-the procedure itself
-sports, preferably not involving balls or sticks
-auto racing
-hunting/fishing
-bitching about one's significant other

Unacceptable topics:
-how good the patient looks that day
-anything seen on Oprah
-the lightness of said doctor's touch
-how attractive the receptionist is - could be *ahem* an awkward situation
This was very instructive:p

Thanks for the info. And yes, my dad will be driving me home...

That's what I've heard. I've also heard you want to eat everything in sight after the procedure is done.

Good morning, Lodge! Thanks for the well-wishes; they are much appreciated.
Good luck Shirtless!

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!! terrible tuesday is here

Good morning Lodge.

goddamm sun is turning my hair blonde again :(
I swear, you're more of a girl than half of the girls at Tech.
Wait... that isn't saying much, is it?

And all for different reasons. ;)

In all seriousness though... that best describes WFODucati. :o
Still one of the best stories I've gotten text updates about.
I gave Ducati sh** about it the next day, and he said "Wait, so I DID do that?"

Yeah, and guess what? I was in as soon as she offered to do half the shot with me. :D
for the record, I did the whole shot myself :p
Yet you couldn't get my ex the four horsemen I asked you to get him. :p
Sorry PB, I wasn't in a good mood. ;) :p

So, had to go home last night to say goodbye to our cat. Have had her since I was 6, so that was pretty hard. She was starting to vomit everywhere and peeing outside of her litter box. I've had her longer than all 3 of my brothers, my stepdad, and my stepmom.

Just talked to a buddy of mine who said the temp hit one-oh-seven in his backyard yesterday afternoon. That's ridiculously hot for metro-Denver. The weather jockeys are saying low 90s today. I hope they're close on that one. :)

Morning from Cityslickerville where its going to be 93 today.

I am glad I am only working till noon.

So you don't have to stay in the air conditioned building, but are free to walk around outside to "enjoy" the weather?

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 117: It's The Dog Days of Summer

Good morning tLodge! High of 86 predicted here today. Yesterday the weather was almost perfect and I was able to shut the AC off. :)

Hokydad's argument on the BC thread is hurting my head.

Hi, Lodge. I'm in Houghton, and apparently doing my MRS degree from NMU proud  --I brought cookies and immediately started cleaning things.
This comment inspired by Yager's comment on my Facebook.

Such a good little Molly Maid.

Wonders just how many NMU posters will actually get this joke. :-(

Sunny and really humid in 320land. There have been some nasty storms around here all morning. One of those days where you just know that it is going to eventually storm out.........................if that makes any sense.
