Morning Lodge!

Only a couple more days of work left until weekend.

Yesterday was my mom's birthday. The entire day I was reminding myself to call her after work. I got home and ended up working out and eating and watching the hockey games, then before I knew it the clock said 10:45. I thought about calling, but decided it was too late. Then at about midnight I see that my mom had just posted something on facebook, so I quickly called her, since she was still up, and avoided a major FAIL. :p :cool:

That same skating competition is what is causing the Gopher game to have to be moved to the Target Center on that friday. :eek:

I opened up my work email this morning in the first email I saw was an email titled employment status from one of my bosses asking me to call him on his cell. :eek:

That's a nice way to start the morning. :rolleyes: I called him and got no answer so I left a message. I'm waiting to hear back from him.

Mornin' Loj. Thanks for the well wishes for Mrs. Rocket. She is doing better. Had a blockage in her bile duct causing liver levels to be very elevated. Procedure to clean that up went well yesterday, levels coming down. Waiting for a slot to open in surgery to remove the gall bladder. Not the worst surgery ever, but not alot of fun either. She can't wait to be home.

I'm thinking/hoping that it's just him wanting to know if I'm going to take the other job since he knows I'm suppose to decide by today but until he calls me back I don't know for sure.

I got gray rep after I told someone I thought it was slanderous of him to post that Jack Parker tells his players to deliberately injure other teams' players. It wasn't the person who said that as that person is all green. I suppose I should get Extra so I can see who it was that gave "It's common knowledge jackhole" rep to me. :rolleyes:

Cancelled my hotel in Vermont. :( Still taking the day off, though.
