So let's see here...

My college team clinched last place in its conference a week ago, is still in the single digits in points, and has been swept at least once by every other team in the conference except one (ha ha, tUMD.)

Said college's arch-rival just earned a first round bye in their conference tournament, has a very good chance of making it to Joe Louis Arena for their conference final, and is on the bubble for the NCAAs.

My NHL team is suffering through a brutal amount of injuries that may see them miss the postseason entirely for the first time since the Clinton administration.

My most hated NHL player just scored the gold medal winner for Canada against the USA. (Actually, now that I think about it, I hate Pronger/Niedermayer worse.)

Yup, hockey hates me.

i argee. Sid is much better at skating through traffic. wayne never got checked. never took a stick. never got breathed upon.

though.... Crosby is no Mario Lemieux!;) :cool:

back at school. Made it in almost record time, just in time to catch the puck drop. Solid. The result? Not solid. Eff Canada, Eff Crosby, it wasn't even a nice goal.
