Do the Greeks brew beer? I know of their wines and grappa, but I know nothing of their beer.

goldy, I have a good friend who has travelled to Armenia several times recently for business -- not Azerbaijan, obviously, but still in the Caucasus! -- and I asked him for any advice he might have. He said the most informative document he found was the CIA Factbook, and thought it'd be worth looking at (if you haven't already). Good luck.

Thanks. Ihave read the cia stuff. The technical weather data we need will have to be purchased. I have someone reseaching sources now. By the way Armenia and Azerbaijan are in a continual war situation over disputed territory.

Good morning/afternoon! Off to the hospital for some HR stuff and for some paperwork stuff and for some TB testing stuff. Then off to write a paper for my stupid, awful Bioethics class.

Well, time to fly home. I guess I could say this was a good trip down to Florida. Maybe.
I seem to remember drinking some good Greek beer while I was in Piraeus/Athens. Scarlet could prob help me out with the name though. Also, Oozo (sp?)?!?!?!

Jr had his first day of hockey camp today for Benilde and turns out he knows a bunch of kids there. Hopefully we can work out some car pooling as the times don't work well for the Mrs's schedule and I work too far away to help.

What a day. Back still hurts, though now it hurts more in a different place. Animations I approved on Saturday to send to Fenway for our event there on Thursday had more typos that I missed. My access to one of our department email boxes went down and naturally, we got a million emails there today about the Thursday event. Then my regular email went down. I was not able to receive any emails for about three hours. Got all that taken care of, then was downloading one of the corrected animations to review and got the Blue Screen of Death and couldn't do anything. Called the Help Desk to get that all fixed. I need to go home before something else happens. I'd go for a martini but my friend I usually go with on Mondays (because I have had the need to go on Mondays on more than one occasion during all of this) is on vacation.
