Good afternoon Lodge.

Funny story about little g. Whenever the g family travels to Bemidji to watch BSU games we will have grandma g watch the boys. (I have a niece who is almost three who lives in Bemidji and also spends time at grandmas house.) During one of the visits little g found a Barbie doll. Long story short, when you ask little g what he wants for Christmas his first response is "a Barbie doll wearing no clothes".

Afternoon, Lodgers.

Anyone else having trouble getting into the Christmas/Holiday spirit this year? It's normally my favorite season with friends, family, food, giving gifts, etc, but this year I feel like a total Grinch/Scrooge.

yes. No cards done yet, no shopping done to speak of, have baked enough cookies to feed an army (usual Christmas activity) but instead of making me merry it made me grieve that my favorite auntie isn't here to share them with. Big party this weekend. Maybe that will work. Usually I have time off now and I couldn't because of the surgeries. Messing me all up.

I've had the whole month of December off!

My nephew never wanted one, but he got one for X-mas one year.

I teased for a few years that he was getting one for Xmas, from my mom. Finally he just looked at me when he was 10 or 11 and said, "You say that every year and it never happens. I know she wouldn't do that to me." So that year, while at Target, I was walking down the toy aisle and saw one for $5. The look on his face was priceless Xmas day.

No joke, a guy was going 20 mph right as we're about to go from the onramp to 35W. I'm tailing him a bit, but not to the point where it's dangerous, just enough to tell him "hurry the **** up." He slams on his brakes, parks the truck, gets out and starts charging my car.

I freak out. I'm honestly trying to figure out if he has a gun or any other weapon. I'm weighing my options and trying to decide, "fight or flight." I'm thinking I have two options: Run him over or back up the on ramp. No one was immediately behind me on the on ramp and I start to back up. He keeps charging. By this point I'm in full panic mode. For a split second, I consider just driving right through the moron because I'm going to have to defend myself otherwise. Luckily, retard gets back into his car and drives off.

People are ******** nuts.
