Should've run him over. Defend it by saying "He was walking on the on-ramp to 35W and I didn't see him". As long as he dies, he can't argue otherwise during the ensuing investigation of the "accident".

And if he lives, he's the dumbass that got out of his car on the middle of an exit ramp for no good reason. Pretty sure that there along is a findable offense there. And if its a he said/you said deal, if he gets a head injury, your story might be a little more believable. ;)

I don't know if it applies for *all* entry ramps for the interstate highway system in this state, but I'm sure I've seen signs that say "emergency stopping only" on them.

Well, if I had to go really bad, I would have think I would head over to the ditch, not to the middle of the on ramp to answer the call of nature.

And yay/boo poker. Live by flopping quads to break KK, die by opponent flopping quads to break QQ. Oh well. It was $2.

And is it NYE yet? * work. Learned some possible happenings today that do NOT make me happy.
