Still haven't decided to jump off the bridge yet this week... today may determine that, however. Test at 1, test at 5. Repeat tomorrow. Tomorrow night will be rather interesting most likely.

Will Friday night have any impact on this decision? :p :D

Speaking of which, I sent you an email via board... did you get it?

I have found something about Christmas season that I enjoy!!!!!! Almond bark covered pretzels.

Re: Rep Lodge 125: The Thanksgiving Dinner Version: Gimme Some More...

I'll do you one better, going on about 12 miles south of here. Some of you may have seen this on the news. Some guy told police that he dropped his three sons off with some woman he met on the internet, with the understanding that she would get them back to their mother. The kids never showed up. He later admitted that he made up the story about the woman. He attempted suicide. The kids are still missing. I've got a bad feeling that I know how this one ends...

This is the one
Yeah, I just don't think thats going to have a happy ending at all. One of my cousin's knows the mother of the kids.

First day at Vivo yesterday, really spend the whole day going thru all of their files, reorganizing them a lot better. Didn't get a single client. Going to have to start issuing some idle hands discounts or something soon.

Can't believe I just read the last 14 pages of t'Loj. Where did my life go?

Oh, Happy B'Day 'ewe!

Northwest. Hoffman Estates is roughly 40 minutes from the loop.

And hmmmmm. I may need to give some thought to showing up to the Shillelagh Tourney now. :) It's a shame I don't really care about any of the teams this year though, but I'd go to root against the Notre Lamers.
And Hoffman Estates is boring; at least they have a great hospital.

Evening, Lodge. Naps are good.

Happy Birthday, 'ewe!

Re: Rep Lodge 125: The Thanksgiving Dinner Version: Gimme Some More...

we haven't even scratched the surface, son. :p
about 70 miles. Let me know so I can bid it off.

Remember, I also spent some days not with you guys. :P

Although I still haven't seen Casa Bonita or whatever the hell that restaurant is, in the Mexican ghetto. Hey, remember that dead/passed out guy? :D

And 'diva, that drive from the airport to Denver is wonnnnnnnderful. The highlight is the evil Satan horse.

Dead guys in Mexican ghettos? Satan horses? Christ on a cracker, do I really want to make this trip??

In other news, I forgot about the awesomeness that is peppermint schnapps. Mmm, mmm, mmm!

Absolutely terrible food - avoid it at all costs.

Wild game tonight....the Wild looked discombobulated.

The Satan Horse is a mainstay. You can't miss it if you're headed to/from the airport. But if you do go, the cheesesteaks at Pat's Pub (ONLY IN DOWNTOWN; the others don't use Cheez Whiz) are phenomenal.

Absolutely terrible food - avoid it at all costs.

Casa was more a curiosity thing due to South Park. One of those "local taste" sort of things.

Casa Bonita has terrible food? Hey, who died and made you the LODGE food critic? Heathen. Philistine!

[And for the record the food at CB is worse than absolutely terrible. Almost as bad as the "food" in Grand Forks.]:D

As soon as you hear any mention of Colfax Avenue, start running the other way as fast as you can.

Sloe Gin took me down there. There was a car dealership with a wrestling ring and two luchadors wrestling out front.

Beauty. My company sent me to the Denver branch to train some people a few years ago. There was a taco truck that camped there every day. I'll leave it at that. ;)

Have you been to the Brewery Bar II lately? or at all? It's a dive but great Mexican food.

It's fun for the kids - cliff divers are neat to watch.
