When is spring break for students this year. Is it during the 15th-16th during round 2?

Yup. That's the end of it.

Conference playoffs always fall during spring break -- either the beginning of it for the first round, or the end of it for the second round.

And pretty much all the students won't be back until Sunday as the dorms won't be open prior to that day.

Anyone know if there is definitely streaming for tonight's game? I have tickets but won't be making the trek down due to finding no one on short notice.

They will be streaming the game on YouTube. It is the first attempt at this, so who knows how clear/successful it will be, but there will at least be an attempt!

Who will be doing the play by play on the youtube broadcast or will they just use WQUN's team?

I believe they are going to simulcast WQUN's radio broadcast onto YouTube for the video, similar to what they do for NECFrontRow broadcasts of non-televised games. Not 100% on that, but from what I have been told they have not been looking for another broadcast team for the stream.

I agree on the quality. They need to study how Yale does it, for next season. Yale video hockey games are much better quality.

Yup they are in HD but the commentators suck for Yale as they use students where Quinnipiac is linking the Youtube feed with their radio broadcasts on WQUN.

I've gotta say, I'm a fan of the Quinnipredators jerseys. I actually have a Smashville yellow hanging in my living room right now. It's a good look.

As for tonight, gotta find a way to hold on and get this win.

Lazy play by Quinnipiac in the last 3 minutes of the game and give up 2 goals as they are now tied with Brown at 3 heading into overtime.

The typical letdown game against Brown. Move past it, get ready for Harvard and Dartmouth, and then the real season begins!

Too much stick-checking around the net on those last two goals, have to flatten a dude in that situation.

Ugh. Not a way to finish the weekend but we did BEAT YALE!

Uncharacteristic last couple of minutes by everyone including Hartzy. Like Z said that's a typical game against Brown.

Nothing to do about it now. Get ready for Harvard and Dartmouth next weekend and build some momentum for the playoffs.

Horrendous tie. Wonder if this tie will push us out of the #1 spot in the polls. Crowd looked crappy. Team looked sluggish. Let's bounce back next week when I see them at Harvard.

As long as we stay #1 in the PWR who cares about the rankings? The crowd was decent, including the students. Just not as energetic as last night.

The team actually played well until the last 2:30. Unfortunately the games are 60 minutes for a reason.

The boys will be fine. A tie is better than a loss and a lot if things did look good tonight. I'm not anywhere near worried just yet.

Hey at least we finally scored a power play goal. Been a while since that happened. Next week at Harvard there is a pretty good size Quinnipiac contingent heading to the Bright Center with alumni tickets still being sold until Wednesday. Plus I'd expect some walk up sales for Quinnipiac people.

The new sweaters are sweet! The kiosk is selling the current jerseys for 20% off... perhaps to clear out inventory to make room for the new ones?

I guess we'll find out next weekend if they changed the roads as well...

That would be just fantastic since I just bought the blue road jersey last weekend against Clarkson. Ugh...While I liked the new jersey Idon't like the fact they don't have the strings.

Minnesota just tied UMD, so things aren't likely to change.
