So you're a bobsled pusher, you get to take the ride of your life without actually seeing it. Bummer.

Not to mention smelling the beer farts of your chubby driver.

Oh, Tubbs.

South Korea has as many golds and overall medals as Canada? Seriously? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I'm pretty sure their entire athletics budget is devoted to short track. Nevertheless, it is funny to think about. :D

Perhaps they were referring to the paralympics

To be fair, $110 million CAN is what - like $25,000 USD? ;)

Yes, I'm aware that joke is old and no longer very accurate. Whatever. :p

A guy on twitter had a great line.

Canada owns the Imodium.

For Sale: Podium...only slightly used. Cheap!

This would be better if there was a "Property of the USA" sticker slapped on it. :D :D

The Ghost of Herb Brooks Haunts Vancouver!!!!

We're just doing the jobs that Canadians don't want to do

I'm sure the podium they're using in Vancouver will be staying there after the Olympics end. Therefore, Canada "Owns the Podium."

If their country is going to get such little use out of it, maybe they would've been better off renting.

Some of my favorite "Who's Cryin' Now?" moments from TSN so far:

"Why weren't Lecavlier and Stamkos on this team? Nash has done nothing!"

"Tonight Brodeur, you have achieved FAIL."

"Will anyone agree with me that the coaching staff have been absolutely horrific? Line juggling throughout the games.. brutal. And you can't roll all your lines evenly. Get Sids line more ice and they will deliver!"

Unbelievable. Horrible. Pathetic. Pronger and Brodeur go away. Take Niedermeyer and Babcock with you. Outcoached by a wannabe American who coaches the second worst team in the NHL.

And of course, all the Canucks fans want Luongo to start. :D

Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean who are the only skaters who received all perfect 6.0's. That was quite possibly the most amazing gold medal skate I've ever seen.

Yup. Very few things in life meet the expectations. That night in Sarajevo, those two exceeded the expectations. And IMHO, for ice dancing, it's been downhill ever since. But that night, that performance, was spell binding.
