Also ... UMB went back to their regular guy today against St. Mike's ... he gave up four goals in the first period ... they brought the ex-UVM kid in to start the second and he tossed shutout the rest of the way.

Where are you?! I'm trying to drum up support for the game tomorrow and I figured you would chime in here since you the thread has been not as talkative this year.

Also, it's jersey night tomorrow! Wear your Charlie Conway USA junior Goodwill Games jersey or your Brendan Shanahan Hartford Whalers jersey to try and win a pizza!

What's the problem bringing in a D1 transfer goalie or another player mid-term. Norwich over the years has recruited a few D1 players and brought some in mid-term. UMASS Boston, Babson, and Norwich could all be top 10 teams when the rankings are released today. And I wish Plattsburgh's excellent D1 transfer goalie has an off game Tuesday night.

It is time to start filling those seats!
Send out a message to the hibernating Kreitzberg Krazies! IT IS TIME TO WAKE UP!
If you've got tix use them ... or make sure you get them to someone who will!
And if you're coming, call a couple of buddies and bring them along!
You know Plattsburgh will bring their usual entourage with them! Be there and ready to drown them out!

It should be a good one. Plattsburgh was not playing well since returning from break...until Saturday. It's quite simple. If the Cards play like they did the first 3 games back, they will lose. If they play like they did Saturday vs. a ragtag Castleton team, they'll win.

OK, here's the deal, if you were a Norwich Cadet back in the 60's, UVM was your biggest enemy, both in football and in hockey. Glorifying some puke from UVM just raises the ire in THIS Cadet, especialy when that groovy UV guy plays for an opponent. For George to have a man crush on him is understandable, having been the voice of the Cats for a number of years, but those days are over. Bleed Maroon and Gold, not Green and Gold.(BTW, we still have football!!):) Oh, and can I get extra credit for wearing Kieth Aucoin's sweater during the game on Tuesday??

We need our boys to avenge at least one of the losses the women have suffered at the hands of the Cards. I'm guessing 12-0 is out of the question, but if they keep their feet moving and play smart they can pull off the upset. I'll be watching from afar!

norwich just needs to bury some of their good chances.they have been skating real well and applying great pressure--just need to score on them.the puck movement and transition game is fantastic--like their chances on tuesday.

Keith's jersey brings serious extra points ... IF it is warn at the game ... Wearing it at home watching the videocast may be good kharma but it doesn't count! Please either use your tix or make sure they get used!
As to Groovy UV ... Yes, I was one of those long haired hippy freaks at Gutterson in the late 60's and early 70's ... I also spend 18 years calling UVM games and part of me will always be a Catamount ... but times change and after 16 years with the Cadets I don't think my loyalties need to be questioned ... Bottom line, if anyone thinks my blood isn't Maroon and Gold enough come by the booth tomorrow night ... you can scratch a finger and see for yourself! :)
