NHL 2024: SLC Puck

I’d actually be inclined to keep wheeling Fleury out there and not rush Wallstedt and potentially start his clock for resigning a year early. They’re not winning anything this year and you’ve already got too much money tied up on old guys.

Seeing some Jesper doesn’t mean rush him. It means we need him to get some games in

which won’t happen on this road trip if we have to recall someone to replace JEE

Last night in Columbus. Blue Jackets came out with no left winger and the faceoff between two guys who had played with Johnny tipped it over there where it remained for 13 seconds

Crosby becomes 10th player with 1600 points. 5th fewest games to reach it. He joins Lemieux, Jagr, and Francis as members of that group who played either all or a significant number of seasons with the Pens. Jagr was the last player to break the 1600 barrier in 2011.

In the same game Malkin also became the 48th player with 500 goals. Assisted by Crosby of course.

I don't know what is more frustrating, watching the Kraken be exceptionally mid or knowing there's nothing they can realistically do to fix it.
