I'm sure it's also Gary Bettman's fault that Chuck Fletcher absolutely gave up on Erik Haula and Alex Tuch and threw Tuch in as a bonus for having Vegas draft Haula so he could keep "the core" players untouched.

Sure. Tuch and Haula would have brought them a Cup. That's all that's been missing all these years. In the history of the NHL in Minnesota there has been only one pick that has brought a Cup. That pick brought the Cup to Dallas.

Gary Bettman is a Cornell* alum. He's never even heard of Minnesota.

So even with what I posted about there being a rep from every team involved in the room you think that it is still somehow rigged?
You really think the teams that don't benefit would keep quiet?
Stick to politics...at least there your "conspiracies" don't make you look like a total fool

Your valiant defense of the NHL and Heir Gary is duly noted. However, as I have been a season ticket holder and have been a fan of this league my whole life I reserve the right to believe whatever the **** I want to believe.

This might be a hot take, but maybe Tampa Bay should have not had a Presidents Trophy ceremony before the season ended.

I'm laughing so hard right now. As Ciskie Tweeted a few minutes ago, this series so far is basically embodied by Hedman standing there and watching Duchene score.
