Should I start referring to Red Cows as a "Husker Reject" then?
I'll give it to you that sue fans and Wiscy people are larger in the world of Hockey rivals to you but we all already know of your complete frustration in not being comparable to The University of Michigan. That's OK, everyone hates the best team. Why do you think everyone hates the Yankees?
I'm still waiting, when does Minnesota play?
Yeah, we didn't make the tournament this year. We get it. But as bad as the Gophers were this year, http://www.uscho.com/box/mens-hockey/2010/11/28/michigan-vs-minnesota/...
A big congratulations to CC on their game tonight. As bummed as I am about the outcome of the game, if CC plays like they did tonight they could beat any team in the country. It makes me feel a little better that my team didn't lose as a result of an outside factor (like a bad call), and as far as I can tell we were simply outplayed. The credit in this game goes to Howe. He played well enough to get CC past BC's third period, which I think would have been enough to make BC win with most other goalies.
I think that overall BC is the better team, but it really doesn't matter. We were outplayed tonight when it mattered, and Colorado College deserves every minute of the games they play from here on out. Like I said, I am incredibly bummed, but CC deserved to win.
Congrats to the Tigers, and I hope to be seeing them play in St. Paul (unfortunately on TV and not in person).

Look, I hate the Gophers probably more than anyone ever has or will. But that's a really tired rip and weak sauce.
I'm surprised he hasn't pulled out "9>5" yet.

Let's all quit bickering about the "goal" and give CC some well deserved attention. Good job.
Omaha is the third largest metropolitan area in the country with D-1 college hockey after the Twin Cities and Boston.
