NCAA Hockey - 2023/24 **Insert Witty Tagline**

50 years as a hockey fan and tonight for the first time I saw a pulled goalie return without a stoppage.

What’s the scenario they pulled the goalie and didn’t keep the extra skater? I’ve seen a couple videos of teams changing goalies on the fly but that was either D3 or HS and just doing it for fun.

Harvard down 4-1 gets a power play with 5 to play, pulls the goalie for 6x4, when our man got outta the box they pushed their goalie back in. \_(ツ)_/

Well, that's why they play the game. Minnesota was actually better on the stat sheet last night (maybe minus an even larger faceoff disparity Friday), but a couple strange goals kept them in it for the 3-3 tie. MSU won the shootout though so that extends the Gophers' insane scoreless shootout streak, let alone shootout losing streak, to something crazy like 0/22 going back to around 2019 I believe. Five points is a nice cushion going into the final four series, but seven would've been a lot nicer.
