NCAA Hockey - 2023/24 **Insert Witty Tagline**

Now the Big Ten race goes back into MSU’s hands.

What happened to Wisconsin? Seemed like they were well on their way to getting a tourney position despite straddling .500 and they’re now on a five game losing skid.

Looking at the Big Ten tiebreakers and was reminded of the oddity they have with the rules for a two team tie vs three or more teams.

With two teams it’s a simple head to head on points from the season series. Then if that’s tied it goes to total regulation wins.
But for three or more teams, they flip those. So despite even schedules, the first tiebreaker is regulation wins. This nearly came into play a couple years ago where MSU had won the most points in a group of MSU/PSU/ND, but because of the regulation wins, they would’ve finished either finished second or third in the tie breaking scenario.

Douchebag Michigan player with a crosscheck to the back of Middlestadt as he's already being hassled by another Michigan player. Naurato is the new Hakstol.

Doesn’t seem possible with that kind of talent. I could see if it was Mercyhurst or some team like that, but how many of those missed attempts are now playing in the NHL?
Surprisingly, only 1 I believe. Ben Meyers had a cup of coffee or two with Colorado.

That loaded Knies, Cooley, and Faber team didn’t have games make it to shootouts.

This is how I find out Marquette u has a d2 hockey team

Time for rehab Troy

Fourth? How many do you have to get before you finally lose your license?

I wonder what else he did for work. Definitely not making a living being a club team coach. Can't say he wasn't dedicated to hockey. Went as far as having the Pink Whitney in the car.

I dunno but about once a month there’s a story out of Wisconsin about someone getting their 12th or 13th

I guess losing license doesn’t always do much!

So ref in the gopher game last night took a stick to the mouth and had to pick up his chiclets from the ice. He cut his mouth and lip pretty bad.

He had announced he was retiring before the weekend.

Rough weekend. Think I counted seven posts between the two games that ended 2-2 and 3-2.

Gotta get at least a two point differential next week. Likely by a sweep and then PSU taking one.
