Too funny; I didn't even notice. Maybe you meant "crapshoot", which buying gifts for some relatives can be. Plus, some of those clubs downtown can get a little violent, and I'd guess that New Years is no exception.

During the 2010-2011 season there was a fair amount of discussion on the topic of whether Alyssa Grogan would take a red shirt season...I believe playing just three games, all prior to the middle of October...due to injury. Since she's listed strictly as a senior on the 2011-2012 roster that apparently was / is not the case. Would she not have been eligible to red shirt by playing those three games? Or maybe it's a personal...or staff choice not to go that route if the option was there?

I believe she still could've taken a red shirt year, but I think they have to apply to the NCAA for a medical red shirt. I think she would pass on it because that puts her at the same eligibility as Noora. From her side, I think it would also depend on where she is academically. If she is close to her degree and doesn't want to continue education after a bachelors, why take the red shirt.

I hope this translates to additional GWH games being available for viewing. While not many GWH games were included in the past...they archive feature is nice giving the ability to watch at your convenience.

The part about the cable providers needing to agree most likely translates into higher rates, which typically seems to be the default with cable service.

Superfan? That must be a title bestowed only upon the most aged, because I don't have an official T-shirt like the BC crew. :o Yes, was a nice day for a bike ride, and should be a good evening to head to the track to watch the ponies run (not the Stillwater variety.)

Yeah...that's what my concern was when I read the article. I don't...or wouldn't mind if you're allowed to buy on a per game basis. Can't stand those monthly-auto renewing plans...which is what I would expect from past experience with anything BTN associated. Same for Comcast. Even then, I think I'd like the chance to have / see more GWH games broadcast.
