Some info from Stephen Anderson on twitter -
- Tommy Brown had season ending surgery
- Lickteig is back
- Chad Pietila is out battling a minor injury - McCadden will take his place

Home ice would have been great (I know that we're not eliminated from contention) and it would have meant a lot for Mel to take this team to the top half of the league in just a year. Unfortunately, we haven't won a game in a few weeks and that's not going to help any team advance in the standing down the stretch. First things first, we need to win a game. It would be great to win tomorrow, but we need to win something!

I'm really interested in who we draw in the first round of the WCHA playoffs. We can play with any team in the league, so a chance to take this to the final five is right there. BUT we have to win games - is sounds so obvious, but since that magical weekend in Duluth, we've only won once! This has been a fun team to follow this year, and I still think we can get some momentum. We've been up and down all year, and if we can get going one more time - this year's final five could be the best in a while!

Just got home, ouch.

I watched the Mel postgame interview on Tech Hockey facebook page and he didn't like the last 4 goals allowed and Corson Cramer played, sounds like a bad night to have some poor goaltending.

Posted on the Tech Hockey twitter page today. Looking at the standings, it looks like they're right. It's tall task, but still amazing after no wins recently.

Huskies still control their own destiny for home ice in the playoffs. Three wins guarantees at least sixth in the WCHA standings. Faceoff in 4 hours. Let's get it done!

Tech wins! sure would nhave been nice to listen to it, but apparently pasty.net can seem to stay up and running these days. So who and how did they get the winning goal?

Near side snipe by Blake Pietila after a turn over in the neutral zone.
