With Schofield in the lineup tomorrow maybe he can give them a little boost. Miami is awfull sound though so hats of to them.
If Mahoney-Wilson plays solid again tomorrow like he did tonight, we can get some points.
Only 2115 at tonight's game. The weather indeed must of been really bad. Glad I didn't go because I'm sure I would of turned around.

Michigan State doesn't help us either, losing to Alaska and they jump us in the standings as well. We are in a three way tie for 6th. By this time tomorrow, we could be as high as 4th (won't happen) or as low as 10th.We must win tomorrow night, MIami is due to lose a game. We must take advantage of stuggling Ferris State next weekend and sweep them. IF these Lakers want to prove they are for real and win respect from the local community, they must win these games! They are capable of doing it, it's on the shoulders of Roque to have his players ready.
I have no problem when they play hard and lose it's not like Miami is a so so team. It's when they just don't have it that makes me shake my head, in my oppinion they are haveing a fine season and have been very exciting to watch and follow. And i'm a little disapointed with the lack of fans showing up to cheer them on, other then the Eagles take a few fans away when they are playing in town the same nights they should be drawing real well because it's great entertainment for the cost.
I predict they will come out and get some points tonight. Good luck to Miami after tonight is over we can use the help.
Very sorry to hear that about Brendan Burke my condolences.
Well your chance of getting points may of taken a big blow with the sad news out of oxford today. Miami's student assistant Brendan Burke was tragically killed in a car accident yesterday. I would expect to see a motivated inspired team playing for their brother tonight.
But we still have UNO and OSU on our schedule so we will do what we can to help you guys out after this weekend as well.
I just got back from the rink and it was pretty somber (except for the youth hockey kids bouncing off the walls--most of the adults who knew what happened looked like zombies). I think this will be a very difficult game for Miami to play. It has to be very hard on the coaches and players. rhm may be right, but I think the game lost a lot of its importance for the Miami people. I guess it is called perspective.
Wow, what an ugly game. Lakers give us 10 goals in a game for the first time since October 28, 2000 when they lost 10-3 to Western Michigan. I knew MIami would be come out on fire and determined after the death of their student assistant.
