So, Democrats should agree with Trump that he won the 2020 election, then say “so you were really the man behind Joe Biden’s decisions” which included the Autopen thing, the Afghanistan withdrawal and everything else he claims were bad about Biden, then say “so if it really was you that did that, you can’t serve a third term, and then invalidate the 2024 election. I know it’ll never happen, but watching the mental gymnastics would be great!
 
That won't work. Trump is literally rubber and everyone else is glue. If someone can solve that I am all for it but no one has in 10 years now.

They would ignore the first part then challenge the 22nd Amendment since it was not written by the Founders and the SC would agree.

And yet when Biden was in there and had his 40% everyone else seemed to care, and no one was bought. It's fascinating how the same rules just do not apply from party to party.
