One of the great myths of fascism is it is efficient. This is a lie. It is grossly inefficient because:

1. There are grifts at every level
2. Nobody works together or trusts each other
3. Anybody who somehow still is effective is weeded out as a threat to take their superior's job

Fascist economies are a shambles, their output is unsustainable without mass injections of stolen externalities like theft, pollution, and slave labor. Fascism works exactly like any other type of criminal syndicate: all rewards flow upwards, constant turmoil is encouraged to keep rival power centers from forming, internal violence and purges are frequent, the only form of creation is theft from those outside the circle of leadership.

Fascists portray themselves as Christian Knights but they are really just thugs. Which, well...
