Eh, if people like FTLT and I are mentally healthy enough to have daily conversations with Trump voters, then we’re going to do so…I don’t want rufus doing outreach either if he’s angry, but being a reliable D voter means he’s for protecting basic human rights, and therefore very much not on the same level as Trump voters. He’s definitely not part of the problem. Basically all of us are on the same team here. We are all contributing against fascism, whatever way that may be.

Yeah, it’s a common theme among those who live in the “real Alaska” like Fairbanks or Wasilla or Kenai as they go to shop at WalMart or Fred Meyer in their Ram 1500 before they stop at McDonald’s for dinner.

Let me be the first to apologize for myself and everyone else. I'm sorry. I'm tapped out. I don't care anymore. I don't have the energy anymore. It's not your fault. If people die, they die. It's what this country wants and I don't have any power to change it. I once thought I did, or me and people like me, but now I don't. It's over.

I'm not arguing with those who harass librarians.
And I'm not arguing with those who think showing empathy is a sin.

I'm choosing to build community with other queers and building coalition with cishet allies, along with being ready to rumble and being ready to take my last breath, transitioning from life to death.

This is an instant recession. The big ten universities along receive like $10-$20 billion in grants. Not to mention state block grants for Medicaid. And god only knows what else.

this is like like shutting down the government despite it being fully funded.
 
Just because we aren't going to scream at people who get off on it doesn't mean we don't care about others...some of us just choose to help those who also help themselves. If North Carolina doesn't want FEMA to exist and help then my time is better served donating to LA.

Time for triage...we can't save everyone.

A lot of people are likely going to be out of jobs very soon. But, Elon did say they were gonna crash the economy

I’m not even being a little facetious when I say I am seriously pursuing another grad degree in Europe. Both of my industries are now decimated and are deemed as fake or woke

Yeah I heard that too. Best part is they dropped all pretense the memo they sent out was just the document from Project 2025.

Also...if you ever wanted to go vegetarian now is the time. H5N1 is everywhere. Not only is it found in all the big poultry states here but it is decimatimating chicken stocks in the UK and Japan.
