This is wrong on so many levels. It's not an echo chamber to stop fighting with those that choose not to care or listen. Screaming into the void made it worse. He lost zero votes...his people don't care. They won't care til it comes for them so until then we sit back and let the inevitable happen.

It's like they are young adults who have had their family and friends cover up their mistakes and protect them their whole lives. Sooner or later you have to let them feel the consequences of their actions. We can't just keep fixing what they break so they can then blame us and break it again. They wanted this, and now it's time for them to find out...

Yes it will hurt us too, but there is nothing we can do to stop that. We lost...hard. They control the government, so either we capitulate like John Fetterman or we let them crash it and spend 4 years repeating over and over (so the dumb people remember since repetition is all that works when you ruin your memory) who did it. Follow AOCs lead she has the right idea.

You can't force a cult to change, they will just push back harder. They need to hit a wall and wake up...and even then it takes time.
 
Ok now no one has any idea what the result of the Colombia fracas is.

both sides claiming victory. White House is saying Colombia capitulated on everything. Colombia is saying their diplomats are being sent to Washington to discuss further

And I disagree. Ignoring them won't work...so i choose to fight them. You've given up that's on you. We lost because people gave up and chose not to vote and that will never be me. For me, I have to care what they think because I have to know what i'm fighting against.I don't care that it's ignorant.I don't care that i'm not going to change a group of people's minds.I can change them on an individual level with facts...when they listen, yes, that could be a difficult thing to do.But i'm not going to give up on it.I'm not just going to sit here and give up while they're just do what they want to do, no... 'cause my parents sure as hell didn't do it with me. How else are we supposed to fight? Except trying disproved this information, there isn't another election for 2 years....So what for 2 years They just get to do whatever they want...and we just have to accept the consequences of that? I reject that on principle, and if that's how the democrats are going to feel that we've truly lost this nation, it's over. And that sure as hell sounds like someone who has given up. And if that's how you feel, I suggest you find the nearest plane and place out of here.
Because what you don't understand is that just accepting the consequences of it, and letting this hurt us may actually kill me.It may actually kill members of my family...people I love and care about and I will not f****** let that happen

We lost because people defenestrated the sitting party. Never mind that SCOTUS and the Senate were GOP and the House was paralyzed because of corrupted ostensible Dems, the electorate only sees the White House. They were mad. The President was a Dem. So they switched.

The vast majority of voters don't see the political world as a clash of ideas, economics, rights, or values. They are watching a franchisee manage an Arby's.

Apparently it's called "the franchise" for a reason.

I've argued with them Tried to use facts with them. Pointed out the flaws in Donnie's actions and policies. Doesn't matter. Just falls on deaf ears.

I'm done screaming into the void. Does nothing except make me angry. And I don't want to spend my days being angry all the time. This orange fuck ain't worth it. Besides, that's what they want you to be. They revel in it.

So, let them FAFO. I'll be here to pick up the pieces. Then maybe we can start getting somewhere. Until then, c'est la vie.

And that's their intent. Let the poors and sick die, so we can have a better world for billionaires.

Nothing you can do can stop that. Maybe when enough of the MAGA poors and sick die, they might start figuring it out.

But I don't have any hope for that either. COVID decimated the largely red states, as a percentage of population, and they just eagerly did everything they could to help it.

Bingo. The ultimate litmus test of this is Twitter. The MAGAts joined it to attack the Libs. Before about 2017 Twitter was a place the liberals and normies went to have semi rational discussions on politics and Trump in general. Yeah there was fighting and stupidity but it was just a heightened version of what you see any time a bunch of people have a discussion on such topics. Then the Trumpers wanted a place they could poke and prod us and try and trigger us. They flocked there because they knew there was enough of us that it was a guarantee they would get a reaction. That jumped engagement which lead to Elmo buying it, which lead to the mass exodus. Now Twitter is 90% MAGAts and they are losing their minds. (and engagement is down to the point Twitter is losing money if you believe Musk) They are so filled with rage and hate they fight with each other but that only gets them so far so they try and show up in other spaces looking for us. Threads it was easy to block them until Zuck went full Rogan so now the exodus from there is fierce. For now Bluesky makes it easy to filter them out and they aren't forced on us so their engagement is low. reddit is too cloistered so no engagement there either. Now it is them screaming into the void...

The Right wants us running around with our hair on fire screaming and yelling over every single thing he does and says. Dear Leader so they can do the real bad stuff under cover (especially robbing the Treasury) and his cultists because they need the Dopamine hit. Nothing we say or do is going to give them their fix short of telling them how much we hate them. So...

I bought a 24-pack of large eggs at a warehouse store. $9.28. And, as I think someone posted here. Prices are still expected to double in the next month or so.

It’s a good thing we’re not proactively protecting our flocks or cattle herds that have animals testing positive.
 
The cons are Reddit are furious that x links have been banned. That Reddit needs to be purchased by musk.

it’s not enough they own all the media and social media sites - they need every last one
