My sister in law is one of them - remote working federal patent judge. Obama established a large network of remote judges to work through the backlog of patent cases ~12 years ago - she does all of her depositions and hearings from her home office. She's been notified that she either has to pay her own way to relocate to San Jose, CA (where her main district court is located) or resign.

Musk is going to infringe on every patent he can find, and there won't be patent courts to stop him.

x links are not banned sitewide, or at least weren't as of yesterday. Specific sub mods decide, and the ones I am on are going my subscriber votes. It's the free market. It's the dream of every conservative -- everything is user fees.

I hope the rest of the world understands they've got to start fighting this shit now. They're not bailing out America at this point, they're stopping what happens next. And let me tell you, no one is escaping the effects.

Also totally illegal. Congress has the power of the purse, and all this stuff has been already voted on and authorized

First of all there is no "illegal" anymore...until they outlaw being a Democrat.

Second, Congress will repeal the allocution in the next budget or cut off the spigot (will they send the military to turn it on?) going forward. What Donny wants Donny gets or Mikey is thrown out of his penthouse and is cast down with the sodomites!
