D3 Scores and Highlights - Let the season begin!

Re: D3 Scores and Highlights - Let the season begin!

Adrian bounces back with a 7-3 win over Concordia-WI. Wish I could have been there to see it (family commitments). First home game (out of 4) that I've missed so far.

Re: D3 Scores and Highlights - Let the season begin!

Scholastica got Monika back this weekend but still no Nina...

Two ties against Augsburg.

which does not come close to justifying a #10 ranking....just saying :) I know your in love with the Waidacher's but CSS isn't there yet.

Augsburg also tied Marian and Finlandia

Can't win with you. Say the west needs more respect. I give it to them and you still find fault.

I know :) I actually didn't realize CSS's record was as good as it is until I looked it up earlier. They are currently 9-3-3. They really should have won those games against Augsburg easily...i'm not sure what happened there. They came within 1 second of losing Friday night. With their losses to River Fallsx2 and St. A's(doesn't count), they aren't looking to shabby. Like many of the NCHA teams they have played the easier portion of their schedule already so we will see how they finish out. They got handled pretty easily by River Falls. UWSP this weekend, SNC the following and then Lake Forest...the next 3 weekends should be telling for the Saints. The last weekend of the season with the home and home vs Superior could be huge for both schools.

..and as for Phil...Huh?? Ne comprendez pas???
je disais que vos yeux ne fonctionnent pas plus si bons (but as always I aimed for some convoluted, extended metaphor that resembles week-old bouillabaisse more than un bon mot)

-- basically that you need plenty of space to read between the lines and frame the print and make it oversized or are more comfortable viewing all of the above through the glass(es) and that this plays exactly like your beer-league legs which need similar space in which to stop and avoid bumping up against other things and that you've gained in size, etc.....forget it -- GoJ offered a much quicker and succinct response

I see....I'll have my people discuss this with your people...

RF leads amherst 1-0 at the end of the first. RF is putting quality shots on net and amherst is just throwing it like GAC. Amherst does seem to be a little quicker though

Re: D3 Scores and Highlights - Let the season begin!

Tied 1-1 after the second. Amherst came out really strong and RF picked it up after the goal. Both teams are fighting hard

Re: D3 Scores and Highlights - Let the season begin!

Looks like the local officiating crew are trying to help the hometeam out in the 3rd..

Re: D3 Scores and Highlights - Let the season begin!

Tied 1-1, going into OT.

And its not really a "local" crew considering 2 of the 3 are WCHA officials.
