I think it might have all started on the men's side when RIT would beat Neumann something like 25-0. A thread got started along the lines of "RIT has no class!!!". Just like that, an inside joke was born.

Correct, except it was 24-0. The scoring-margin record, which is 25-0, belongs to Plattsburgh's men against Fredonia when the Blue Decils started their program in the 80s ;)

St Thomas 2 Concordia 1 mid 3rd.
Augsburg 0 Bethel 0 6 minutes left

River Falls has come back to tie up the game 3-3 toward end of 3rd.
Bethel wins 1-0 in OT
St Thomas wins 2-1 over Concordia

St Norbert and Lake Forest tied a 0 after 2

River Falls 3 Eau Claire 3 final...River Falls advances to WIAC final

Somehow Lake Forest doesn't score...wow that was a dominating period.

Lake Forest and St Norbert headed to OT tied 0-0 five minutes left in foresters season



On a side note...the lady doing the Lake Forest play by play is very stressed out..lol

Well St. Norbert takes a penalty to even it up. A minute left in OT.

St Norbert advances to NCHA final hanging on for the 0-0 tie with Lake Forest.

Looks like Lake Forest is out of the picture sadly

Stevens Point with an empty net goal to beat UWS 2-1 in OT.

Pointers/Falcons for the WIAC title next week.

How does Stevens Point get an empty net goal in overtime? Did the UWS goalie head to the bench mistakenly thinking they were about to get a power play?

First to three point series for the weekend. A tie was also the end of Superior's season because they lost on Friday.

Superior had to win the game or their season was over. Same reason Lake Forest pulled their goalie while on the power play that spanned the final minute of regulation and the first minute of overtime tied 0-0
