D3 Hockey is back!

Nothing's really changed at this point...the assumption was that Elmira was going to lose and take a pool c. The Nescac loser has the other pool c at this point. If Plattsburgh or Adrian lose than the Nescac loser is probably out

Depends on the Amherst-Elmira comparison If Amherst beats Middlebury, middlebury is out. If Amgerst loses...how close it that comparison?

MIddlebury up 2-0 midway thru 1st. 2 quick goals to give them the lead

St Norbert 0 Adrian 0 mid-1st.

Now 3-1 Middlebury still 3 minutes to go in the 1st...defense anyone?


St Norbert and Adrian still a 0-0 tie at the end of the first. Adrian is outshooting St. Norbert 12-7(last I saw) but I think St. Norbert's had the better scoring chances. (on a side note--adrian really needs to update its intermission interview sequence for the live feeds)

Amherst comes back to tie it up: 3-3 midway thru 2nd.

Still 0-0 in Adrian. Adrian has a goal waived off after amazing save by Grall. Ref's whistle had blown before puck was hit into the net.

And Middlebury ties it up a few seconds later...4-4

2-0 Cards. Meneghin on the power play. Utica will burn their time out in the 1st to regroup. 6:56 left.

4-0 Cards.

First Brand shoots from the point, Lipson cleans up a rebound.

Utica's Coope then gets a penalty. Delay shoots from the left point, Moriarty redirects at the right post for the power play goal.

Delay is on fire today. She came streaking in for a great defensive stop early when it was still scoreless and now she has the assist on goal #4.

Adrian's Lupi takes a 5 minute major and gets ejected from the game. I believe the announcer said, "game disqualification." Does that mean she misses the next game too?
